Announcements in Golf Cart Area - 9:30am

Shotgun Start - 10:00am
During the event there will be beverage carts out for your enjoyment. Additionally, an on the course lunch will be prepared serving of Char-grilled Hamburgers, Beef Hot Dogs Fresh Rolls, Baked Beans, Old Bay Cole Slaw Potato Salad Club-Baked Cookies.

Bar Opens - 3pm

Buffet Opens - 3:30pm

At the conclusion of the tournament and your cards are being calculated, everyone is invited to check their bids on the silent auction items, check out the open bar and get ready for a Carolina Backyard Barbecue with a  complete Salad Bar,  Smoked Baby-Back Ribs, Barbecue Chicken,  Ranch Style Baked Beans,  Cole Slaw,  Potato Salad,  Corn on the Cobb Corn Bread Rolls & Butter Club-Baked Cookies & Brownies.

Silent Auction Closes - 4:30pm

We will acknowledge our Sponsors, award the winning teams, the closest to the pin and long drives for both men and women. Raffle prizes will be drawn and silent auction item winners announced.

Event Ends: 6pm
